White Plains, Maryland – An “Antifa” Special Agent for the United States Secret Service (USSS) is threatening journalists with censorship and lawfare after his alarming ties to anarcho-communist extremism have been exposed.
The agent—previously identified as 30-year-old Thomas Jack “TJ” Hamil—is attempting to leverage his position as a federal employee to remove evidence of his activities by falsely accusing the Justice Report of leaking privileged “medical information” and details about his significant other to the public.
On Friday evening, the JR received a so-called “abuse complaint” email from Special Agent Hamil, desperately attempting to have his report scrubbed from the internet, citing potential “harm.” The move predates new reporting that suggests Hamil—currently serving in the protection unit for Vice President Kamala Harris—has been placed on “modified duties” pending an internal probe.
“I am a federal agent with the USSS,” opened Hamil in a furious complaint to JR’s domain registrar. “I was advised to contact you regarding an article…containing extensive personal information regarding myself and, in part, my wife. I am beginning the pursuit of legal action against the author of the website, but wanted to ensure you were aware…and discuss options regarding what can be done.”
“Throughout my career in LE, I have become involved in the prosecution of organized crime, and it is possible that this information could be used by them to bring potential harm to myself and my family.”
Hamil’s assertions, however, are not based in reality. While photos of the young agent were released in order to corroborate a link between his vitriolic Reddit account and real-life identities, no residential, medical, or private information was ever published, as all evidence used to identify him as a left-wing extremist was borrowed from his own publicly available social media accounts and statements.
Additionally, prior to publication, the Justice Report painstakingly avoided mentioning any of Hamil’s friends and family members and obscured all faces in social media photos that contained him.
Hamil, who posted under the Reddit pseudonym /u/Endon40 for 12+ years prior to the exposé, was found to be contributing to boards known as recruitment hubs for left-wing political theorists, “Antifa” scenesters, and militant anarchists. He would use his privileged position within the USSS to provide valuable insights and, in some cases, give away details of his caseload in order to comment on American racial issues.
His intense hatred of a perceived enemy in the American right wing would culminate in a heated Reddit debate with center-left users, who rightfully opposed Hamil’s insistence that the results of the election had somehow been “rigged” in favor of Trump. At one point, Hamil even admitted to being a “walking, talking” repository of Anarchist theory, and begged fellow “Antifa” to accept him in their circles despite being a federal agent or “glowie.”
“I have worked – literally – as a detective for almost a decade. Stop the Steal had zero evidence,” Hamil said in a now-deleted Reddit thread. “There’s a LOT more here that may end up being nothing, but it’s important we look at it…And if you think principles don’t matter, see how your kid does living in a fascist society because that’s what you’re getting with this guy (Trump).”
Upon news of the Justice Report’s original article on November 14th, Hamil furiously deleted his Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit accounts and, by doing so, knowingly scrubbed any evidence that could be used against him in an official hearing. However, many of his postings were digitally archived and are no longer susceptible to user-end deletion.
His new and apparent bid to censor and silence the Justice Report for sounding the alarm on his activities predates new information in the case. On Saturday, National Political Correspondent for RealClearPolitics, Susan Crabtree, reported that the United States Secret Service had placed Agent Hamil on “modified duties” pending an investigation that could lead to additional disciplinary measures.
“The agent, from what I’ve been told, has about six years of experience and is in Phase 2 of his career is assigned to Vice President Kamala Harris’s protective detail,” said Crabtree in her report. “After the social media posts came to light, the agent deleted his accounts so any internal agency review would need to verify those deleted accounts as his. That’s apparently why he hasn’t been disciplined more severely and swiftly.”
Crabtree’s information came directly from Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugilielmi, who clarified that Hamil’s controversial statements—which equated President-elect Donald Trump, American voters, and his fellow coworkers to “chodes” and “nazis”—as not representative of the Agency’s values.
🚨SCOOP: The Secret Service is investigating an agent who has been accused of having Antifa and anarchist ties and who allegedly lashed out at Trump as someone with “Nazi-ass policies” and called his supporters “chodes” and “neo-Nazis” in several social media posts.

“The U.S. Secret Service recently became aware of alleged social media posts by an employee that have prompted an internal review,” said Gugilielmi. “We are taking this matter seriously, and this employee’s assigned duties have been modified while this review is underway.”
“These comments in no way represent the views or values of the Secret Service, and we maintain and enforce rigorous codes of conduct governing employee actions both on and off duty,” he continued.
Crabtree would go on to elaborate that the Agency’s hiring practices and standards have seen a marked downturn in the past decade, which may have led to Hamil—who admitted to suffering from a debilitating mix of Autism and clinical depression in the past—may have narrowly sneaked his way to a security clearance.
She also states that the issue could be further exacerbated as the USSS currently outsources hiring to civilian “human resource officials,” who favor Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals and have no experience in the complicated and elite task of guarding the Executive Branch.
Since the Justice Report first went public with its bombshell findings, Hamil’s inarguable links to the anti-White extremism movement, commonly referred to as “Antifa,” have been picked up by many Conservative news outlets. In addition to RealClearPolitics, the story has been tailed by the Gateway Pundit, Revolver News, and award-winning journalist Andy Ngo’s The Post Millennial.
It has even gained the attention of the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, which called Hamil’s continued appointment as Special Agent “inexcusable.”
“This is inexcusable. It’s made worse by the fact it was discovered not by the Secret Service but by external sources,” read a post made to the Oversight Project’s official X/Twitter page, which submitted additional Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests regarding Agent Hamil. “We expect immediate cooperation.”
While it is unclear if Special Agent Thomas Jack “TJ” Hamil really does intend to “sue” the Justice Report, his latest move can only be interpreted as an act of desperation as his antifascist allies distance themselves from a proverbial train wreck. Needless to say, the Justice Report will not be removing the TJ Hamil story from its website and will legally defend itself from attempts to silence and intimidate citizen journalism.
