Man faces hate after ‘self-defense’ shooting of enraged transsexual

Bel Air, Maryland – A Doordash driver, attacked for “misgendering” a trans-identified male during a routine delivery, was forced to shoot and kill in self-defense. The man is now facing murder charges as well as online hatred from extremists for his alleged role in killing a so-called “trans advocate.”

The incident began around 6:30 p.m. on December 27th, when reports indicate that 47-year-old Brian Michael Delen arrived at the English Country Manor condominiums to complete a doordash delivery. When he arrived, he was confronted in the parking lot by 57-year-old Jimmy “Meghan Riley” Lewis, a local “trans advocate.”

According to court documents, Delen had asked Lewis “‘Are you waiting for a food delivery, sir?’ In response, Lewis took offense to the comment, believing it to be an attempt to “misgender” him, and became enraged shortly after.

A charging document cited by the Los Angeles Blade says Delen began to drive away from the encounter to de-escalate the situation, but the trans-identified Lewis chased him down the road. When Delen was forced to stop his vehicle, he got out, only to continue to be threatened and harassed.

Delen, fearing for his life in what was described as an “altercation,” retrieved his licensed semi-automatic handgun, and fired one round into Lewis’ left abdomen. Delen then called 911, and when police arrived on the scene, found him rendering first aid to Lewis. He then fully cooperated with the authorities, and Lewis was taken to the UoM Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, where he later died.

For the alleged shooting death of Lewis, Delen is now facing second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and lesser gun charges. The case against him appears to be on shaky ground, however. According to posts made to his public Facebook profile, Delen is a working-class United States Armed Forces veteran. A criminal record viewed by the Justice Report contained only one incident dating back to early 2004, which was settled without conviction.

The transgender Lewis, on the other hand, is a different story. A Maryland public records search of Lewis’ deadname reveals a domestic violence charge in 2006. Lewis’ abuse was so intolerable, that an order of protection was issued by the State of Maryland to prevent Lewis access to his victim. After a separation and a sex change, Lewis then fell into hard times, and in 2021 was taken to small claims court by his condo association, where he had his wages garnished.

Adding to the assumptions that Delen is indeed an innocent man, Harford County District Administrative Judge Susan Hazlett ultimately “released Delen on his own recognizance” albeit with a GPS monitor. The decision has since sparked outrage in the LGBTQ+ community, many of whom are outright asserting that Lewis was “murdered” simply for his “trans identity.”

“A trans friend of mine, Meghan Lewis, was murdered last night. She was a fixture in the community and loved by many,” said Erin Reed, a trans journalist with 204.3K followers on X, formerly Twitter. “We have lost so many people this year… to violence, to hate…”

“She should still be here. They all should. I’ll keep fighting for you, Meghan,” she continued.

Some of the public commentary turned vicious, however, and soon Delen’s Facebook page would become a veritable dumping ground of libelous claims and anti-White hatred from leftist activists. Some would even play judge, jury, and executioner in the case, using Delen’s “whiteness” and conservative politics as “evidence” of wrongdoing.

“Coward. Monster. You will get yours,” read one comment on the most recent post made by Delen. “#MAGAMurderer,” read another.

“Murder is definitely a bad decision. Especially when it’s based on hate,” read one libelous pre-trial allegation. “You took an innocent life and your own all in one cowardly pull of the trigger. You have to live each waking moment of your miserable life with it, along with all of your fun times being violated in prison.”

“A food delivery driver doesn’t just ask a random person in a parking lot if they ordered food…What does happen is a person who is filled with hate and a desire to kill…pulls out a gun and shoots and kills a person who they consider less than human because they live a life that Brian Delen despises,” read another presumptuous comment.

US Army veteran Brian Michael Delen is facing anti-White hatred and calls for violence on social media for the self-defense shooting death of a trans-identified male. Because Lewis is a straight White man with conservative politics, he has since been libelled as a “MAGAmurderer” by extremists. Photo: Facebook.

Even family members of Lewis joined in on the politically-motivated dog pile, unleashing their hysteria on a White man they perceived to be a villain in an unfortunate tragedy.

“Let’s ‘make the world great again’ by ridding it of hatred trash like you,” read a comment from Lewis’ niece, Chloé Lawler. “My aunt Meghan did not deserve to go pass away by the hands of you, bleeding out in the streets in the pouring rain. SHAME ON YOU. Rot in prison, prick.”

But perhaps the worst commentary of all came from one individual, who alleged Delen carried out the attack simply because he was a “bald, White, male” who felt “entitled” to shoot Lewis. Like a stalker, they appeared to dig into his timeline, posting hateful messages on Delen’s baby pictures and photos of his elderly grandmother.

“He’s a gun-toting bald entitled white guy doing food delivery who shot a queer activist who feeds the poor. I’m sure you’re just as much of a piece of shit, and it’s a shame you weren’t the one he shot,” read the comment, directed at a user who came to the defense of Delen.

That particular user would turn out to be James Clinton Lipinski aka “Claire Sawyer,” a highly online trans-identified male and Zionist Jew from Alexandria, Virginia. By day, he is a prolific social media troll who directs hate rhetoric and calls for violence against right-wingers and conservatives, which includes Delen.

Leading the charge in online hate is James Clinton Lipinski, aka “Claire Sawyer,” a trans-identified male who so far has spent over $54,000 on surgeries to appear feminine. Using multiple Facebook accounts, Lipinski fills the online realm with anti-White, anti-Natal, and anti-Christian rhetoric, and has even called for miscarriages for pregnant trans-critics. Using more than one Facebook account, Lipinski—who has publically shared antifascist imagery on their timeline—would post a litany of deranged anti-natal, anti-White, and distinctly pro-Israel commentary.

“White snowflakes aren’t burying themselves fast enough,” said Lipinski in one particularly ghoulish post dated February of 2023.

“Why yes… Every pregnant transphobe should have a miscarriage,” he continued. “So many problems solved by a good miscarriage. A ‘miscarriage of justice’ if you will.”

Lipinski’s open embrace of transgender ideology, Israel’s war on Gaza, as well as the finer intricacies of their transition status, would prove to be an obsession. According to a Flickr and WordPress blog—which has been meticulously updated by Lipinski for over fifteen years—he describes himself as a “Queer pansexual polyamorous kinky liberal atheist misfit neurodivergent sex-positive transgender badass” with a “hot wife & a hot girlfriend (or three).”

Providing readers with regular updates on his transition, Lipinski figures he has already spent far above $54,000 to transition into the opposite sex, a sum that includes facial feminization surgery, liposuction, dental implants, and breast augmentation. The ostensibly “female” Lipinski now uses his new identity to boldly defend Israel’s ongoing destruction of civilian targets and ruthlessly attack innocent White men like Brian Delen online.

“People saying ‘Free Palestine’ have the exact same energy as “The South Will Rise Again,” he commented in one Facebook post. “Every person shouting “Free Palestine” looks exactly like a white racist xenophobic Arkansas redneck to me. Fuck you and your pathetic racist myopia. Go suck Hitler’s c–k.”

Brian Delen is a veteran of the armed forces who turned to the gig economy to make ends meet. While Delen now faces charges of murder as well as the race-based hatred of the LGBTQ community, the case against him appears, at first glance, to be on solid ground. By being allowed to walk free despite murder charges, it could demonstrate that authorities likely do not believe Delen to be a risk to public safety. It also hints that the case might be an obvious self-defense situation, despite harsh accusations made by Lewis’ allies.

“For all of you members of the court of public opinion they released this man on his own recognizance with a second-degree murder charge which pretty much indicates they believe it may have been self-defense,” said one ally of Delen on Facebook. “So why don’t you just shut your pie holes and wait for law enforcement to finish their investigation and for the courts to take action.”

In the United States, citizens are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Delen’s next court appearance is currently scheduled for January 25th.

With the current link between unhinged hyper-violence and trans-identified individuals only strengthening in recent years, the idea of a crazed “misgendered” Lewis attacking a Doordash driver is a stark reality. Public memory is still fresh with an incident In March, when a female-to-male transsexual shot up a Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee. Had a trained shooter like Delen been on the scene to neutralize the threat, it very well could have stopped a massacre that ultimately left six dead, including three nine-year-old White children, who were killed for their race.

Members of the so-called “LGBTQ+” community have often shown themselves to be capable of extreme acts of violence over increasingly petty reasons, sometimes requiring deadly force to preserve innocent lives. In January, a New York City man was brutally stabbed to death inside of his apartment. The suspect, his own trans-identified son, was arrested and later confessed to the “rampage,” claiming it was all over a laptop.

Just yesterday, a “genderfluid” student at a High School in Perry Iowa committed a bloody mass shooting, which left one 6th grader dead and multiple wounded, including the school’s principal. Like Lewis and Lipinski, the 17-year-old killer questioned his gender, revealed by social media posts unearthed after an independent Justice Report investigation.
