Waxahachie, Texas — An “unhinged” leftist who openly called for the racial replacement of midwestern towns and for right-wingers to be shot dead for their political beliefs has been outed as a prominent Texas-based criminal defense lawyer, the Justice Report has learned.

Thanks to the work of concerned citizens on social media, the individual was quickly identified as 40-year-old Thomas Crosby Stephenson, a criminal lawyer working within the Navarro County Texas District Attorney’s Office.

Under the now-deleted X, formerly Twitter account @tcstephenson818, the redheaded father of two would comment under a thread discussing the shooting-death of Ashli Babbit at the January 6th “Stop the Steal” protest in Washington, DC.

“She was the least threatening one there,” remarked X/Twitter user @grinningbear69 about Babbit. “If what you say is true, the cops should be prosecuted for not shooting down dozens or even hundreds of people.”

“You’re right,” ghoulishly replied Attorney Stephenson. “They should have shot more of them.”

Despite working in a career that presumes those accused of criminal activity are innocent until proven guilty, Stephenson’s comments demonstrate a belief that police should have done more to shoot right-wing protestors dead for attending the rally and that the US government may have shown restraint against fellow Americans.

In a separate conversation about mass migration into White communities in the Midwest, Stephenson added that the importation of thousands of Haitians wasn’t enough.

“I want every White Trash midwestern town to have an influx of Haitians,” commented one user, to which Stephenson replied, “Please. Some of them need an influx of Venezuelans or Guatemalans.”

While Stephenson may openly flaunt anti-White hatred behind the safety of an X account, an independent Justice Report investigation into the man behind the keyboard reveals a rabid sports fan who once graduated from Nashville’s Vanderbilt University in 2009.

Thomas Crosby Stephenson has practiced law in Texas, including Lubbock and Navarro Counties. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennesee, and is a superfan and sports journalist who chronicles the team’s plays on the fan blog Anchor of Gold. Photos: Justice Report, X/Twitter.

However, his passion for American football extends beyond your typical fanatic. He is proudly listed as a lead editor for Anchor of Gold, a blog supporting the Vanderbilt Commodores, which he contributes to this day.

Upon receiving community pushback from online influencers, namely the “MAGA” conservative Captive Dreamer, Stephenson has since gone into hiding and deleted his controversial @tcstephenson818 account. An online archive of the account taken before deletion reveals a radical support of mainstream, center-left politics.

An avowed “progressive,” Stephenson appears to have spent the majority of his online life attacking fellow leftists who fail to show adequate subservience to the Democratic party, even referring to those who critiqued former president Barack Obama for his handling of the Flint water crisis as “dumb ratfuckers.”

An avid supporter of the war in Ukraine, Stephenson has also used X/Twitter to label President Vladimir Putin as a “Nazi” who must be stopped through imperial force of arms to safeguard neoliberal power and its values.

“In case you want to know how deeply the rot goes, one of the guys pictured below calling for an illegal invasion of middle America works in the Navarro county district Attorney’s office as a criminal defense lawyer,” said Captive Dreamer of Tom Stephenson on X, formerly Twitter.

“Openly calling for violence against protestors under his real name and picture – this guy is a criminal defense attorney working for the State of Texas,” he continued.

Despite his anti-White tendencies, Stephenson originally hails from Germantown, Tennesse, an 82.34% White suburb of supermajority Black Memphis. Like Germantown, his current home in Navarro County, Texas, is also predominantly White. According to the 2020 US Census Reports, the town is 51.30% White alone, with the rest primarily Hispanic mixed.

Additionally, the political forecast of Navarro County is colored deep-red, and once voted to the tune of 72% for then-Presidential hopeful Donald J. Trump in 2020. According to a publically available Facebook profile linked to Stephenson, he lists himself as an “Assistant District Attorney” for Navarro County who once worked in the same capacity for the nearby Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office.

Stephenson’s desire to see small White towns flooded with racial foreigners comes at a time of heightened tensions, widespread distrust of immigration strategies, and even violent murders linked to the migrant community nationwide.

“They should have shot more of them.”

According to the White-Papers Policy Institute, which tracks the oft-unspoken consequences of mass migration into the United States, places like the Midwest have suffered economically, culturally, and racially and have seen states like Ohio plummet past 78% White in just a few short decades.

The state of Ohio has been catapulted into the national spotlight as of late after thousands of Haitian migrants were unceremoniously relocated to Springfield at the beck and call of local capitalists seeking access to even cheaper labor.

While mainstream conservatives have gone on the offensive over alleged instances of Haitians “devouring house pets,” the material reality of undue economic stress and a lack of social services for the area’s long-standing White community has altogether gone ignored.

Meanwhile, Venezuelan migrants, like the ones Stephenson has gleefully called upon to wreak havoc on his fellow White neighbors, possess a troubling history with violent crime.

In February, police arrested a Venezuelan illegal for the brutal murder of 22-year-old White nursing student Laken Riley on a running trail in Athens, Georgia. Authorities state that Riley’s alleged murderer, 26-year-old Jose Ibarra, has tried to suppress evidence during his ongoing malice murder trial, which, if convicted, could spell the death penalty.

In June, the body of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray was found in a creek after having been reported missing by her worried parents in Houston, Texas. For the crime, police would arrest 22-year-old Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, and 26-year-old Franklin Jose Peña Ramos, two Venezuelan nationals who reports state entered the country illegally.

After being outed by concerned citizens, Attorney Thomas Crosby Stephenson quickly deleted his controversial X/Twitter account, but not before an online archive was saved. Screenshot: X/Twitter.

It is currently unknown if attorney Thomas Stephenson of the Navarro County District Attorney’s office will continue to practice law despite apparent racially biased opinions of White Americans and their values. The Justice Report will continue to provide further updates as they become available.

Those who engage in horrific acts of anti-White hate and parrot its dangerous rhetoric are often exposed as functionaries of the status quo who maintain close institutional ties.

Just last year, a middle school art teacher in Rochester, New York, was outed as a regional organizer for the terror-linked anti-White extremist organization, the American Iron Front. In addition to participating in violent BLM riots of 2020, the teacher, identified as 45-year-old Adam Matthew MacIntyre-Ross, once stated he had a “burning incandescent rage” and a desire to brutally beat and even kill area White people for their beliefs.
